The flat is in perfect condition. Contact with the owner has been exemplary from the very beginning. The estate is gated, safe and quiet. It is just a few minutes' walk to the promenade. Restaurants are within easy reach. There is a grocery shop just around the corner.

A functional flat in a gated community, literally 2 minutes from the promenade – a great starting point for walks both around the city and to the nearby beach. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is tired of the ‘Italian communist era’ and is looking for European-standard accommodation.

The flat was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the host provided excellent communication and efficient service. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the centre, but quiet at the same time. All amenities were top notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed.

The flat is super clean, newly renovated, with a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. Of course, the flat has air conditioning and blinds on the windows, which allow you to shut yourself off from the outside world at night. There are two TVs, super-fast internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
