Thank you for choosing Garda Moments Apartment. We care about your comfort and peaceful stay, so please familiarise yourself with the following rules.
Comfort and preparation of the apartment
The apartment has been specially prepared for your arrival. Coffee will be waiting for you upon arrival, so that your stay at Garda Moments Apartment can begin in true Italian style.
Keys
Upon check-in, you will receive a set of keys consisting of:
- Key to the entrance gate to the housing estate – green
- Key for the main entrance door (glass) – orange
- Apartment door key – black (different from all the others)
- Key to the rear door on the car park and garage side – blue
Please take special care and return all keys upon check-out.
Parking
The parking card (valid throughout the entire estate) is located on the table in the living room.
Please leave the card in the same place on the day of departure.
Fee for losing the parking card: EUR 100.
Shutters and blinds
Before leaving the apartment, please close the shutters using the buttons located next to the windows.
Controls:
- up/down arrow – direction of blind operation
- centre button – stops the blind in the selected position
Responsibility for personal belongings
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
No smoking
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Smoke detectors are installed throughout the premises.
Any violation of the smoking ban will result in a charge of EUR 200 per violation.
Cleanliness and tidiness
Please keep the apartment clean.
At the end of your stay, please:
- wash the dishes you have used,
- leave the apartment in good order,
- empty the fridge,
- take out the rubbish.
Ban on events
It is strictly forbidden to organise parties or social gatherings in the apartment.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in:
- between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
- please contact us approximately 5 hours before your planned arrival
Check-out:
- between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Security bond
A security bond of EUR 200 (in cash) is required upon check-in to cover any damage.
The security bond is refunded on the day of check-out, after the apartment has been inspected for damage.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during their stay.
Liability for damages
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment, its furnishings and common areas of the building, caused by his fault or the fault of persons accompanying him.
Scope of financial responsibility
In the event of damage, destruction or missing items in the apartment, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of repair, replacement or replenishment of damaged items according to the actual costs incurred by the owner.
Security bond and damages
The owner has the right to deduct the costs of repairs or damage removal from the security bond paid. If the value of the damage exceeds the amount of the security bond, the Guest is obligated to pay the difference.
Exceeding the number of persons
The presence of persons not listed in the booking details is prohibited and may result in:
- immediate termination of the stay without refund,
- additional charges to the Guest.
Force majeure and independent failures
The owner shall not be liable for temporary interruptions in the supply of utilities (water, electricity, Internet) if they result from causes beyond the owner’s control.
